- After an initial phone consultation with our Visionary of Value, we evaluate the information, including any existing documents and/or databases you can provide. We then schedule a follow-up call to ask more detailed questions to verify your needs.
- We might determine that we need an onsite visit to fully grasp the needs for your project. We then discuss what value you will get from your requests to confirm that the project will deliver what you need. From there, we create your proposal.
- Once that proposal is complete, we schedule a conference call to walk you through it. This step helps to solidify the value added and to answer any questions. Plus, developing a relationship early on helps to promote working as a team.
- Upon proposal acceptance, we determine who is best suited to execute your work—it could be our Advocate of Awesomeness, Architect of Intrgration or one of our Champions of Transformation. After an internal meeting with the Dean of Success, we schedule a kick-off meeting with you.
- Working as a team, we build a timeline to execute your highest priorities first. The features are ranked in order of importance. Depending on size, we might roll out a project in phases. Our Dean of Success will schedule regular status calls to keep everyone on track and to answer general questions for you and our developers.
- Testing is done as a team. While we always check our work, no one is going to use the system as your users do. So, we always ask you to participate in the testing process. Over the 30 days after roll out, we work together using an online tool to track any bugs or modifications needed. Our Champions of Transformation quickly modify the project according to your needs and prepare it to roll out to all users.
