About MightyData

MightyData exists to provide our customers with custom database and web applications to solve their daily business challenges. MightyData offers our students training classes to increase their ability to create their own database solutions.

MightyData was founded in 1995. Some of the recent significant milestones for the company include:

• Kirk Bowman, Principal Consultant, FileMaker Certified Developer – Kirk has over 15 years of database and web development experience. He is a FileMaker Certified Developer, FileMaker Authorized Trainer and frequent speaker at the annual FileMaker Developer Conference. His clients include FileMaker Inc, HIT Entertainment, JCPenney Company, Neiman Marcus Online, Nokia America and Willis of Texas.
  
  
• George Perry, Senior Consultant, FileMaker Certified Developer – George has over 15 years experience with FileMaker. He is a FileMaker Certified Developer and FileMaker Authorized Trainer. He has extensive experience in the creative services and nonprofit industries. His clients include the University of Texas at Austin, Austin ISD, Texas Department of Agriculture, McDonald Observatory, City of Austin and Holt, Rinehart & Winston.
  
  
• Liesl Bowman, Design Consultant – Liesl has over 15 years experience in architecture and interior design. Before coming to MightyData she was Director of Interiors and Space Planning for JCW, Inc. in Dallas. Her recent work includes services for Entos Design. She works with customers in the architecture and construction industry and manages internal operations for MightyData.
  
  
• Brian Loomis, Senior Application Developer, Apple Developer – Brian has over 15 years experience with database and web application development. He is fluent in several technologies including FileMaker, MySQL, Ruby, Perl, Lasso, AppleScript, JavaScript and XML.
  
  
• Lisette Wilson, Application Developer, FileMaker Certified Developer – Lisette began her database career in the natural foods industry before branching out in architecture, construction, publicity and others. She has over 10 years experience with FileMaker and has expanded her talent to include web publishing with PHP.
  
  
• Ross Mackintosh, Application Developer – Ross has over 25 years experience with database and web application development. He is fluent in several technologies including FileMaker, SQL, Cold Fusion, Flash and even C++. He has extensive experience in the graphic design, marketing and printing industries.
